Julianne’s exposure to the Real Estate Industry began in early childhood. Her grandfather was a Market Analyst & Site Selector for Canada Post and her father, Dallas Budd, is a broker. Julianne’s natural talent for the business emerged early with her affinity for continually talking on the phone… and negotiating with her parents about everything. Her inquisitive mind and exposure to shop talk led her to part-time reception work for a real estate company during her high school years.
In 1991, Julianne joined the real estate world as a Sales Representative focusing on Old Brampton. Julianne’s thorough understanding of the marketplace shot her to “Top of Mind,” for buyers and sellers requiring the services of a knowledgeable professional.
Strong negotiating and problem solving skills have gained her a reputation for producing results. Repeat satisfied buyers and sellers spread the word of her success, referring relatives and friends—a sure sign of satisfaction and respect. Julianne’s personable approach puts people at ease quickly. They know they will be well represented in competitive and difficult situations.
Julianne’s understanding of markets has grown over the years, as the tentacles of nearby communities stretched into Caledon, Mississauga, Oakville, Toronto, and beyond. Her real estate achievements, knowledge in the area of century old and new buildings, and construction, and the constantly fluctuating market trends are extensive.
In balancing her life, Julianne enjoys family activities that often involve travel, skiing, and golf or walking and hiking through nature with her two sons and her dog, Jasmine.
